Churi ka Bhandhan Ceremony

          

          Shri Tulja Bhavani Mother of Bhope Pujari: Since ancient time right to perform prayer rituals of Aai Tuljabhavani is done only by ’16 aane’ Bhope priest. 
       
          Over  16th century in the rule of Adilshah of Bijapur 4/4 aane were divided into 4 parts  i.e 16 aane. 1) Sonji Kadamrao 2) Dattaji Anandrao 3) Nagoji Kadamrao (Police Patil) 4) Bhutoji Kadamrao (Police Patil) was the main Bhupe priest. Presently their descendants include Kadam, Parmeshwar, Patil, Malaba, Sonji, Avadhi, Bhayyah, and Dinoba. Their original surname is done by our forefathers by having a separate surname by breaking the class (breaking the island) to avoid breaking down in the service of the goddess, if there is any ‘Baalant’ (the period of abstention after birth of child in family) or ‘Sutak’(the period of abstention during  death in family). In such a case, a person cannot worship goddess, but he can be offered daily religious rituals of the goddess who is not a priest. This was one part. Churi-Ka-Bandhan (Bhope Pujarias sacrificing to Goddess Puja) Before the marriage, this religious program of Bhopal family of about 15 to 25 years of age is done in a big way throughout the city. This religious program of mine was on 17/4/1991. 
       
          After Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Chhatrapati Nandan has received Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj after the coronation, as well as the 16th Bhope Pujari of Tuljapur, who is honored with respect. From the temple institution, the honor and dignity of the temple is only for Bhope priest. On the religious day of worshiping the Puja, the new Bhope Pujari is shown by Goddess Abhishek Puja, Goddess mowing, dressing, making, decoration, aarti, angara and holy meal. In this house, guests and guests of the house are attached to this limb, so that no one should apply to anyone while going to the temple from house to house. After all the religious rituals in the temple range from about 12 to 1, the Navya priest, sitting on horseback, took a glimpse of the village deity and went to the house of the brothers and relatives of Bhope and took the blessings of the elders of the house. At this time welfare of the new priest of every household is wavy. 
       
          In the evening a big dinner of salt dining is being done, the whole village is invited. The religious rituals are lodged in the night. The Bhope Pujari does not get the right to touch the idol without taking such programs.
